This Privacy Policy explains how the LiverX group of companies (“LiverX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about visitors to liverx.meand the services we provide through this website (the “Site”).
By using the Site you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
LiverX operates through the following legal entities. The entity acting as data controller depends on the jurisdiction in which services are provided to you:
- LiverX LLC — Qatar Financial Centre, Qatar.

2. What information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you fill out a form on the Site, we collect the information you enter. Specifically:
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), subject, message.
- Careers form: name, email address, phone number, role you are applying for, message, and any CV file you upload.
- Your Technical Arm form: the same fields as the contact form plus a description of your need.
- AI assistant interactions: if you choose to use the on-site AI assistant, we process the text and (when you enable voice mode) audio you send during that session in order to generate responses.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Our hosting platform records technical information about requests to the Site for security, fraud-prevention, and basic operational purposes. This typically includes:
- IP address
- User agent (browser and operating system)
- Requested URL and HTTP method
- Timestamp
- HTTP response code
These logs are retained for a short rolling window (see Section 6 below) and are not used to build behavioural profiles.
2.3 Cookies and similar technologies
At present, the Site does notset any analytics or advertising cookies of our own. We store your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage (not a cookie; never transmitted to our servers). Embedded third-party content (such as the Google Maps embed on our Contact page) may set its own cookies when you load that part of the page. Where this is the case, we identify the provider in Section 4.
3. Why we use your information
We use information you provide and information collected automatically for the following purposes:
- Respond to enquiries. When you fill out a form, we use the information to reply to you and follow up on your enquiry.
- Recruitment. When you apply through the careers form, we use the information to evaluate your application and contact you about it.
- Operate and secure the Site. Server logs help us detect abuse, debug errors, and maintain availability.
- Provide the AI assistant. If you choose to use it, your messages and (in voice mode) audio are processed to generate replies.
- Comply with legal obligations applicable to us in the jurisdictions where we operate.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We do share certain information with the third-party service providers we use to operate the Site:
- Google (AI & infrastructure services). We use Google services to power the AI assistant, host the Site, store uploaded files securely, and display maps. Data processed through these services is subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Resend.Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through Resend. The form data passes through Resend's servers. See Resend's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare.We use Cloudflare's security services to help protect the Site from automated abuse. Cloudflare states that these services do not use cookies to track visitors across sites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We may also share information when we are required to do so by law, or when necessary to protect our rights, property, or the safety of users.
5. International transfers
Several of the providers above are based in or process data in the United States. When personal information is transferred outside its country of origin, we rely on the legal mechanisms our providers publish, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) published by the European Commission where applicable, and we ensure such transfers comply with the data protection laws of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan respectively.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above:
- Form submissions (contact, careers, technical arm): retained in our email systems for as long as the enquiry remains relevant, generally not more than 24 months unless an active engagement is in progress.
- CV files: retained in our secure cloud storage for up to 12 months after the application, unless you are hired or you ask us to delete them sooner.
- AI assistant transcripts: not retained beyond the session on our side; retention by our AI provider is governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Server logs: retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes, after which they are deleted.
7. Your rights
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Erasure: ask us to delete information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your information.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Portability: receive a copy of information you provided in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

If you believe we have not handled your information properly, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection regulator in your jurisdiction.
8. Children
The Site is intended for an adult, business audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use HTTPS across the Site, store form submissions and uploaded files in accounts protected by access controls and private storage policies, and rely on established third-party providers that publish their own security practices. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you and the relevant regulators as required by law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes we will take reasonable steps to bring the update to your attention before it takes effect.
