These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at liverx.me (the “Site”), operated by the LiverX group of companies (“LiverX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About us
LiverX operates through the following legal entities depending on the jurisdiction in which services are provided:
- LiverX LLC — registered in Qatar (Qatar Financial Centre). Contact: info@liverx.me.
- شركة الحلول الذكية للأمن السيبراني شخص واحد (Al Hulul Al Dhakiya Company for Cybersecurity) — registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Contact: info@liverx.me.
- Network Cybersecurity Protection — registered in Jordan, Amman – Al Madina Al Munawra St. Contact: info@liverx.me.
The Site is an informational and marketing surface for the consultancy services we provide. It is not a transactional platform: no account creation, payment, or contractual commitment happens through the Site itself. Any actual engagement with LiverX is governed by a separately signed agreement.
2. Acceptable use
When you use the Site, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest content except via documented and rate-limited means;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source of any non-public part of the Site;
- Submit content through any form that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, is defamatory, or violates the privacy rights of another person;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
3. The AI assistant
The Site provides an AI assistant that can answer questions about LiverX. The assistant uses AI technology and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date responses. You should:
- Treat the assistant's output as informational only, not as professional advice;
- Not rely on the assistant's output as a substitute for contacting our team directly for anything material to a decision;
- Not enter sensitive personal information (financial details, health information, etc.) into the assistant;
- Understand that conversations with the assistant are processed by a third-party provider, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to disable, throttle, or modify the assistant at any time without notice.
4. Content you submit
When you submit content through one of our forms (contact, careers, Your Technical Arm) or the AI assistant, you confirm that:
- You have the right to share that content;
- The content does not violate any law, third-party right, or the acceptable-use rules in Section 2;
- You grant LiverX a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the content for the purpose for which you submitted it (responding to your enquiry, evaluating your application, etc.).
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, the LiverX name and logo, and the content we author are owned by LiverX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view, share, and reasonably excerpt the Site's public content for personal or business reference, with attribution. You may not otherwise copy, modify, republish, or redistribute it without our prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks displayed on the Site (for example, the names and logos of technology partners) belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement.
6. Third-party links
The Site may include links to third-party websites and services. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiverX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be free of errors, secure, or always reachable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiverX, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the equivalent of USD 100 in the applicable local currency, and (b) the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiverX and its affiliates from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms; when we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to draw your attention to the change. Continued use of the Site after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the LiverX entity serving you is registered:
- Qatar — governed by the laws of Qatar; disputes submitted to the courts of Qatar.
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia; disputes submitted to the courts of Saudi Arabia.
- Jordan — governed by the laws of Jordan; disputes submitted to the Jordanian courts.
Where no active engagement exists, or where jurisdiction is otherwise unclear, the laws of Qatar shall apply and disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Qatar.
Where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence apply, nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim before a court in your home jurisdiction where the law requires.
12. Miscellaneous
- Severability: if any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and LiverX regarding the Site.
